A strategic and highly motivated Change Analyst with experience in human resource transformation programmes and systems implementations. Aimee is a registered Organisational Psychologist and Allan Gray Fellow with a Masters degree from the University of Cape Town. She is an intuitive generalist with excellent analytical and communication skills and can support change from planning & implementation to adoption & embedment. Aimee is passionate about change, transformation and all things people. In her spare time, she provides career guidance to high school students and is working on a journal article on the recognition of prior learning (RPL) in higher education.
