The Challenge
The organisation needed to strengthen operational resilience — but resilience was seen as abstract and siloed, something that sat with specific teams rather than everyone. When disruptions occurred, teams looked inward without seeing how different parts of the organisation needed to work together. The core challenge was a mindset shift: from working in silos to thinking end-to-end, and from seeing resilience as a specialist topic to recognising it as a shared responsibility.
Our Approach
We delivered a practical, people-focused change approach that made resilience feel real and relevant. This included a clear narrative explaining resilience in everyday language linked to customer trust, required learning modules to build shared understanding, engaging visual and creative materials that brought scenarios to life, and ongoing feedback mechanisms to measure understanding and refine the approach.
Measurable Outcome
The organisation now has stronger awareness and a shared understanding of what resilience means and why it matters. Teams have started thinking more end-to-end and with the customer in mind. Common language and aligned thinking are now in place, providing a clear foundation for resilience to be embedded more deeply over time.
