This Privacy Notice explains how Monique Mann Consulting (Pty) Ltd trading as The Change Lab (“Change Lab”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website, www.changelab.co.za.
For the purposes of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA), Change Lab is the responsible party for the personal information collected through this website.
Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us, plus limited technical information needed to run the site:

- Call bookings. When you book a call with us, we collect your name, email address, and any details you enter, such as your organisation and your message. Bookings are handled through Google’s scheduling tools.
- Enquiries. When you email us at info@changelab.co.za or otherwise contact us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
- Job applications. When you apply to work with us, we collect the information you send us, such as your name, contact details, CV, work history, qualifications, and any other details you choose to include.
- Technical information. When you visit the site, our hosting provider may automatically process standard technical data, such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use your information
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and follow up on calls, assess job applications and communicate with you about them, provide information you ask for, keep the site secure, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies in future, we will update this notice to describe what they do, and, where the law requires, we will ask for your consent before those cookies are set. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers who help us run the website and respond to you, such as our website host (WordPress) and our booking and email providers (including Google). These providers act on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
Information sent outside of South Africa
Some of our service providers are based outside South Africa, so your information may be processed in other countries, under their own security measures and lawful transfer arrangements, as permitted by section 72 of POPIA.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking information only for as long as we need it to deal with your request and, if you become a client, for the duration of that relationship and any period required by law. After that it is deleted.
Marketing
We will only send you marketing if you have given us separate, explicit consent. Marketing consent is never a condition of contacting us or booking a demo, and you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing info@changelab.co.za, without affecting anything else.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, object to how we process it, or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact our Information Officer through our Access to Information (PAIA) page. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa at enquiries@inforegulator.org.za or www.inforegulator.org.za.

We may update this notice from time to time. The version published on this page, with the date shown above, is always the current one.
