Building Enterprise Change Capability in a Large FMCG Organisation

The Challenge

The organisation was navigating multiple change initiatives in parallel — from operational improvements to large-scale transformation. While change was familiar, it was not being experienced in a consistent or structured way. HR leaders needed a common language for change, clarity on roles and responsibilities, and practical tools that could be applied across initiatives of all sizes without requiring specialist change expertise.

Our Approach

We focused on building practical capability through an in-person Change Fundamentals programme. This brought the HR leadership team together for interactive workshops combining real business scenarios, hands-on tools, and action learning. Alongside the workshops, we co-created a change management framework and a tailored toolkit filled with practical tools teams could immediately apply in their day-to-day work.

Measurable Outcome

HR leaders were left with a solid understanding, a shared practical framework, and a toolkit they can apply as new initiatives continue to roll in. The programme established a common language and structured approach to change that did not previously exist, reducing inconsistency in how change is managed across the business.
