The Challenge
Our client, a global healthcare group, retired its annual engagement survey and set out to modernise how it listens to employees – shifting from a once-a-year check-in to real-time feedback across the employee lifecycle. A new employee engagement platform was rolled out in a coordinated launch across three divisions globally. Managers needed to feel confident using real-time data, while HR teams needed practical tools to turn insights into action.
Our Approach
We delivered a four-phased change enablement approach covering awareness, capability building, launch, and sustainment. The approach equipped change enablers across three countries to roll-out the change locally. A targeted engagement and communication plan, backed by a strong creative concept and collateral, helped the change enablers to land the change in their region. HR teams and leaders were equipped to confidently access real-time data and translate insights into clear, actionable improvements.
Measurable Outcome
The platform launched successfully across all business units with a response rate exceeding 75% in the first cycle. Managers and HR teams reported measurably higher confidence in using real-time feedback. Leaders valued the speed and relevance of insights, enabling more meaningful conversations and faster response to team sentiment.
