The Challenge
The organisation needed to grow its ability to lead and manage change internally, reducing reliance on external consultants. With 52 locations across Southern Africa, the challenge was to build consistent capability at scale — not just deliver training, but embed a shared framework, common methodology, and clear roles and responsibilities that would translate into real action on live projects.
Our Approach
Before any training began, we worked with the client to align on a change management framework and define clear roles. We then co-designed and facilitated a tailored change capability building programme, delivered to HR Business Partners from all 52 locations. After training, we continued working closely with change agents and key stakeholders, guiding them through several strategic business initiatives to apply their learning directly to real projects.
Measurable Outcome
After three years of ongoing support, the client now has the structures and skills in place to lead change independently with minimal external support. HR Business Partners across 52 locations in Southern Africa equipped with a shared framework, practical tools, and direct experience applying them to live business initiatives.
